The flat features air conditioning, Smart TV (with streaming channels), 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, queen bed plus one single bed, wardrobe with hangers, fully equipped kitchen with mini fridge, two-burner cooktop, and microwave, as well as a dining area with stools. Bathroom includes an electric shower, hair dryer, cabinet, and mirror.

We are a vacation rental management company and do not provide hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, amenities, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning services with linen change are available by appointment with the Bela Hospedagem team and subject to an additional fee.

We will request a selfie holding an ID card (RG or CNH), as well as photo identification documents, from all guests listed in the reservation. Check-in will only be authorized after these documents have been submitted.

Pets are not allowed.

ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately, with a security deposit required (please confirm the amount with the host).

For your convenience and safety, you will be assisted by the Bela Hospedagem team from the beginning of your reservation until check-out.

Bessa, largely a residential neighborhood, is known for its clean and calm beach—perfect for swimming and sports. It features a long stretch of coral reef rich in marine life, accessible by kayak or stand-up paddle.

Relaxed kiosks serving beer and seafood line the seaside promenade, while steakhouses, pizzerias, bars, and restaurants are spread throughout the area. Bessa also offers plenty of bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, parks for sports and leisure, shopping centers (Mag Shopping and Manaíra Shopping), and one of the best beaches in the city, Caribessa.
