The South Atlantic is excellently located in the upscale Cabo Branco neighborhood, beachfront, close to various tourist attractions.
The flat is furnished, decorated, and equipped with appliances and kitchenware for meal preparation, as well as a full set of bed linen, towels, and pillows for your stay.
The building features a leisure area with a rooftop pool.

It has 2 bedrooms, including 1 suite, as well as 1 shared bathroom, a kitchen with refrigerator and oven, flat-screen TV, living area with sofa, and a laundry area with washing machine.

We are a vacation rental management company and do not provide hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen change, amenities, or replenishment of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change is available by scheduling with the Bela Hospedagem team and requires an additional fee.

We will request a selfie holding an official ID (RG or driver’s license) from all guests in the reservation, in addition to photo identification documents. Check-in will only be authorized after these documents are submitted.

Pets are not allowed.

IMPORTANT: For stays of 15 days or more, electricity usage will be charged separately, and a security deposit is required (Check the amount with the host).

The pool area will be unavailable for use starting from the first week of November for an indefinite period.

For your convenience and safety, you will be assisted by the Bela Hospedagem team from the beginning of your reservation until the moment of check-out. We will send you the accommodation voucher with all the details of your reservation.
