It features 1 suite with air conditioning, Smart TV, double bed, and a wardrobe with hangers. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room includes a sofa bed, Smart TV, and a dining table with chairs. The bathrooms have an electric shower, bidet spray, hairdryer, and mirror.

The property also offers two private and free parking spaces, Wi-Fi, and a ground-floor swimming pool with a sea view.

We are a short-term rental management company and do not provide hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, amenities, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change can be scheduled with the Bela Hospedagem team and is subject to an additional fee.

We will request all guests included in the reservation to provide a selfie holding their ID (RG or CNH), along with the documents. Check-in will only be authorized after the documents are submitted.

Pets are NOT allowed.

ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately and requires a security deposit (please check the amount with the host).
