The flat features a living room, integrated kitchen, balcony, guest bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, each furnished with a double bed and a single trundle bed plus 1 extra mattress.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, blender, refrigerator, cooktop, dishes, and cutlery.

We are a seasonal rental management company and do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, amenities, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning of the space with linen change is available by scheduling with Bela Hospedagem's customer service.

Up to 2 pets are allowed upon payment of an additional fee per animal (please check with the host) - Only dogs are accepted, we do not accept cats.

ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately and requires a security deposit (please check the amount with the host).
