The flat is in a prime location just 100m from the Cabo Branco waterfront. Beautiful studio with balcony, equipped compact kitchen, living room with TV and sofa bed, and bedroom with air conditioning.

We provide bed linens and towels to ensure total comfort for our guests.

The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and blender.

Our guests will have access to:

- 24-hour reception

- Rooftop pool

- Gourmet area with barbecue grill - available by reservation and subject to a fee

- Rotating parking (subject to availability)

- Fitness center

- Coworking and meeting room - available for an additional fee

We are a vacation rental management company and do not provide hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen change, toiletries, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning of the space with linen change is available by appointment with the Bela Hospedagem team and subject to an additional fee.

We will request all guests to provide a selfie holding their ID or driver's license, along with photo identification documents. Check-in will only be authorized after the documents are submitted.

Pets are not allowed.

ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or longer, electricity use will be charged separately and a security deposit is required (Check the amount with the host).

ATTENTION: The building's pool is temporarily closed for maintenance, and there is currently no set date for reopening.

For your convenience and safety, you will be assisted by the Bela Hospedagem team from the start of your reservation until the moment of checkout.

We will send the voucher with the check-in information.
