Bela Hospedagem - Marinas Flat - Excelente localização na orla de Cabo Branco

Marinas offers an excellent location in the upscale Cabo Branco neighborhood, close to the beach and many tourist attractions.
The flat is furnished, decorated, and equipped with appliances and utensils for meal preparation, and provides a complete set of linens, towels, and pillows for your arrival.

The building features a leisure area with a rooftop pool.

Our guests will have access to:
- Free Wi-Fi, shared in the building
- Adult and children's rooftop pool
- Rotating parking, subject to availability
- 24-hour reception

- Convenience store in the rooftop area

- Coffee shop at the reception - from 8 am to 6 pm - serves breakfast (not included in the daily rate).

Flat with a balcony on the south side, located on the third floor.

It has one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a trundle bed, as well as a private bathroom and a mini kitchen with basic items. Excellent for 4 people, by the seafront and at the beginning of the easternmost point of the Americas. In the most sought-after area of João Pessoa, in front of the Busto de Tamandaré, at the border of Cabo Branco and Tambaú beaches.

We are a seasonal rental management company and do not provide hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen change, amenities, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change is available by scheduling with the Bela Hospedagem team and requires payment of an additional fee.

We require all guests in the reservation to send a selfie holding their official ID (RG or CNH) along with photo identification documents. Check-in will only be authorized after receiving these documents.

Pets are not allowed.

ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately and a security deposit will be required (Please confirm the amount with the host).

For your convenience and safety, you will be assisted by the Bela Hospedagem team from the start of your reservation until the moment of check-out.
We will send the accommodation voucher with all the check-in details.

Cabo Branco is a tourist neighborhood with excellent infrastructure, offering various leisure options and nightlife in bars, pubs, and restaurants, ranging from contemporary to local flavors.
There are must-see spots in your itinerary such as the João Pessoa Sign, Food Park Cabo Branco, Cabo Branco Station of Culture and Art, Ponta do Seixas, Cabo Branco Lighthouse, and the Bosque dos Sonhos Ecological Park.

The parking entrance is on the back street.
