The flat/penthouse features a living room, integrated kitchen, full bathroom, and two air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, ideal for accommodating up to five people.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, blender, refrigerator, cooktop, sandwich maker, coffee maker, dishes, and cutlery.

Private space on the upper floor with a jacuzzi (ambient temperature), table, chairs, and barbecue grill.

We are a vacation rental management company and do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, amenities, or restocking of supplies.
Cleaning with linen change is available by appointment with Bela Hospedagem’s customer service.
Up to two pets are allowed for an additional fee per pet (please check with the host) – Only dogs are accepted; cats are not allowed.
IMPORTANT: For stays of 15 days or more, electricity usage will be charged separately, and a security deposit will be required (please confirm the amount with the host).

IMPORTANT: The whirlpool and jacuzzi heating are temporarily deactivated while awaiting replacement parts.

For your convenience and safety, you will be assisted by the Bela Hospedagem team from the beginning of your reservation until the moment of checkout.

Guests must send a photo ID of all occupants of the property for entry authorization and to receive the voucher with check-in information.
