We are a short-term rental management company; we do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, amenities, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change is available by appointment with the Bela Hospedagem team and subject to an additional fee.

We will request a selfie holding your ID card or driver's license for all guests on the reservation, along with photo identification documents. Check-in will only be authorized after submitting these documents.

No pets are allowed.

ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately and requires a security deposit (check the amount with the host).

For your convenience and safety, you will be assisted by the Bela Hospedagem team from the beginning of your reservation until the moment of check-out.
We will send the accommodation voucher with the check-in information.

Here, you have several interesting leisure options, such as walking along the waterfront, visiting the coral reefs, practicing water sports, renting umbrellas and chairs to enjoy beautiful days at the beach, as well as tasting the local cuisine in the seaside bars and restaurants.
