We do not offer hotel-style services such as breakfast or daily linen changes. If you require cleaning services with fresh linens during your stay, this can be arranged with the Bela Hospedagem team for an additional fee.

House Rules & Check-in

For check-in, all guests are required to submit a valid photo ID (RG or CNH) along with a selfie holding the document.

Children must present a birth certificate.

For stays of 15 days or longer, electricity consumption will be charged separately, subject to a security deposit — please contact our team for further details.

From the moment your reservation is confirmed until check-out, the Bela Hospedagem team will be available to ensure your experience is seamless. We provide prompt support whenever needed, while also respecting your privacy so you can enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.
