It features one bedroom with split air conditioning, a king size bed, bathroom, kitchen, living room with sofa bed and Smart TV, as well as a balcony.

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, blender, sandwich maker, pots, plates, glasses, and cutlery.

Service area with washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Our guests have access to private apartment Wi-Fi, one numbered parking spot, a condominium laundry with washing and drying machines, and a rooftop swimming pool in the building.

We are a seasonal rental management company and do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, amenities, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change can be scheduled with the Bela Hospedagem team for an additional fee.

All guests included in the reservation must provide a selfie holding their ID card or driver's license, along with photo identification. Check-in will only be authorized after the documents are submitted.

Pets are allowed for an additional fee per animal, with a maximum of 2 (please confirm the fee with the host). Only small to medium-sized dogs are accepted.

ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or more, electricity usage will be charged separately with a security deposit (please confirm the amount with the host).

For your convenience and safety, you will be assisted by the Bela Hospedagem team from the beginning of your reservation until the moment of checkout.

We will send the voucher with the check-in information.

Cabo Branco beach is renowned for its beauty and tranquility and is considered one of the top destinations in the city. It is an excellent choice for a pleasant day at the beach, for swimming, enjoying a refreshing dip in the sea, and also for taking a nice walk along the beachfront promenade to relax, experience direct contact with the sea and nature, and access great spots such as kiosks by the shore offering meals and special drinks.
