Our guests will have access to:

- 24-hour reception

- Pool and two hot tubs located on the rooftop of the building – Available every day from 8 AM to 10 PM, except during maintenance times or days.

- Rooftop – Sunday to Thursday: 7 AM to 10 PM

- Friday and Saturday: 7 AM to midnight

- Gourmet area – subject to payment of a fee

- Rotating parking (subject to availability)

- 24-hour gym

- Coworking and meeting room – subject to payment of a fee

- Bicycle, stand-up paddleboard, and kayak – Available from 5 AM to 5 PM, by reservation and subject to payment of a fee, with usage limits observed.

- Laundry – subject to payment of a fee

The beautiful flat enjoys a prime beachfront location on Cabo Branco's coastline.

Compact kitchen with refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, and blender.

The flat offers 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed, split air conditioning, LED Smart TV, bed linens and towels to ensure complete comfort for guests.

We are a vacation rental management company and do not provide hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, amenities, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change is available by appointment with the Bela Hospedagem team and requires an additional fee.

We will request a selfie holding your ID card or driver’s license, as well as documents with photos, from all guests in the reservation. Check-in will only be authorized after receiving these documents.

Pets are not allowed.

ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately and a security deposit is required (Check the amount with the host).

For your convenience and safety, you will be assisted by the Bela Hospedagem team from the moment you make your reservation until checkout.

We will send you the voucher with the check-in information.

Cabo Branco beach is known for its great beauty and tranquility, and it is considered one of the best destinations in the city. It is an excellent choice for a pleasant day at the beach, for swimming, enjoying a refreshing dip in the sea, as well as taking a wonderful walk along the beachfront promenade to relax and experience direct contact with the sea and nature. You will also find great spots such as the beachfront kiosks for meals and special drinks.

The transportation options are quite accessible, including bus lines, ride-hailing services, and car rentals.
