The suite offers a double bed, blackout curtains, a wardrobe with hangers, and air conditioning.

We provide bed linens and towels for your comfort.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, two-burner electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, and air fryer.

Our guests will have access to:

- Rooftop pool - From 5 AM to 11 PM

- Gourmet area with barbecue grill - available by reservation and subject to an additional fee, from 8 AM to 11 PM

- Rotating parking (subject to availability)

- Gym - From 6 AM to 11 PM

- Coworking space and meeting room - subject to an additional fee

- Laundry service - subject to an additional fee

We are a vacation rental management company and do not provide hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen change, amenities, or restocking of materials.

Cleaning with linen change can be scheduled with the Bela Hospedagem team for an additional fee.

We require all guests included in the reservation to send a selfie holding their ID card or driver’s license, as well as the photo documents themselves. Check-in will only be authorized after the documents are submitted.

Pets are not allowed.

ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately and a security deposit is required (Check the amount with the host).
ATTENTION: The building's pool is temporarily closed for maintenance, with no scheduled date for reopening at the moment.

For your convenience and safety, you will be assisted by the Bela Hospedagem team from the beginning of your reservation until the moment of checkout.
