Room with air conditioning, double bed, wardrobe with hangers, mirror, smart TV, and a pleasant balcony overlooking the Manaíra shoreline. Compact kitchen with electric stove, minibar, water filter, microwave, coffee maker, blender, sandwich maker, as well as pots, plates, glasses, and cutlery. Living room with sofa bed, air conditioning, and a table with two chairs for meals. Bathroom with electric shower, bidet shower, cabinet, and mirror. We also provide a drying rack for clothes.


We are a property management company and do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, amenities, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change is available by scheduling with the Bela Hospedagem team and requires payment of a fee.

We will request all guests in the reservation to send a selfie holding their ID or driver’s license, along with photo identification documents. Check-in will only be authorized after these documents are provided.

For reservations with children, we ask for a birth certificate to be presented.

PLEASE NOTE the following:

- For stays of 15 days or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately and a security deposit will be required (check with the host).

- Pets are not allowed.


For your convenience and safety, you will be assisted by the Bela Hospedagem team, from the beginning of your reservation until the moment of checkout.

We will send you the voucher with the check-in information.


Manaíra is a peaceful and very pleasant neighborhood to stay in. Located between the neighborhoods of Tambaú and Bessa, it offers great leisure and nightlife options in its numerous bars, pubs, and restaurants, ranging from contemporary to local cuisine.

Modern shopping centers such as Liv Mall, Manaíra Shopping, and Mag Shopping are located in the neighborhood and provide a complete leisure infrastructure with trendy shops, movie theaters, restaurants, and bank branches.

It's worth taking a walk on the boardwalk to enjoy the sea breeze, have a snack, or savor ice cream at the many ice cream shops dotted along the seafront.
