Ideal for singles or couples traveling for work or leisure, this brand new space offers every comfort and feature to make your stay unforgettable: a suite with a double bed and a view of the neighborhood, a living room with a sofa bed, split air conditioning, Smart TV in both the living room and bedroom, wardrobe with hangers, blackout curtains, bathroom with hot water and hair dryer, and an American-style kitchen equipped for your convenience: two-burner stove, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, exhaust hood, refrigerator, pots, plates, glasses, wine glasses, cups, containers, utensils, as well as a complete set of linens, towels, and pillows ready for your arrival.

We are a vacation rental management company and do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen change, amenities, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change is available by scheduling with the Bela Hospedagem team and is subject to an additional fee.

We will request a selfie holding an ID card or driver's license, as well as photo identification documents, from all guests on the reservation. Check-in will only be authorized after the documents have been submitted.

Pets are not allowed.

ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or more, energy consumption will be charged separately and a security deposit will be required (Check the amount with the host).

For your convenience and safety, you will be assisted by the Bela Hospedagem team from the beginning of your reservation until the moment of check-out.
We will send the accommodation voucher with the check-in information.
