Activities and Entertainment

Guests have access to a complete leisure area, designed to offer comfort and well-being:

● 24-hour reception - Leaving luggage at the reception is not allowed

● Rooftop pool - Open daily from 7:30 AM to 10 PM - Food and drinks are not allowed. Loud music is also not permitted.

● Gourmet area with barbecue grill is allowed only for flat occupants. Reservations are required and free of charge.

● Meeting room - Access is by reservation only, with a maximum stay of 2 hours

● OMO laundry - Book through the app

● Underground parking, free and rotating, subject to availability

Cleaning and Maintenance

We do not offer hotel services such as breakfast or daily linen changes. If you need cleaning with linen change during your stay, simply schedule with the Bela Hospedagem team for an extra fee.

Trash should be disposed of in the bin next to the garage entrance gate in the basement.

Rules and Check-in

For check-in, it is necessary to send a photo ID (ID card or driver’s license) and a selfie holding the document for all guests.

Children must present a birth certificate.

For stays of 15 days or more, electricity consumption is charged separately with a security deposit — please contact our team for details.

From the reservation confirmation to check-out, the Bela Hospedagem team will be available to ensure your experience is perfect. We offer prompt support whenever needed, while also maintaining complete privacy so you can enjoy your stay in comfort.

On the day of check-in, we will send you a voucher with all the check-in instructions.

Get By Side is located in Bessa, just steps from the sea, and close to restaurants, bars, and bakeries, offering peace and well-being to all guests.

The rooftop pool is simply perfect for a swim or to relax while enjoying the beautiful view of Bessa Beach.

We are a seasonal rental management company and do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen change, amenities, or replenishment of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change is available by scheduling with the Bela Hospedagem team and is subject to an additional fee.

All guests are required to submit a selfie holding their ID or driver’s license, along with photo identification. Only after providing these documents will check-in be authorized.

Pets are not allowed.
