The Marinas has an excellent location in the upscale Cabo Branco neighborhood, very close to the sea and various tourist attractions.

The flat is fully furnished, decorated, and equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils for meal preparation. It also includes a complete set of linens, towels, and pillows for your stay.

The building features a leisure area with a rooftop swimming pool.

Our guests will have access to:

It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and smart TV, a living room with a sofa bed, dining table, and TV, as well as a private bathroom and a kitchenette with basic items. Ideal for up to 4 guests, right by the seafront and at the beginning of the easternmost point of the Americas. Located in the most sought-after area of João Pessoa, in front of Busto de Tamandaré, between Cabo Branco and Tambaú beaches.

We are a short-term rental management company and do not provide hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, amenities, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change can be scheduled with the Bela Hospedagem team and is subject to an additional fee.

We will request all guests included in the reservation to provide a selfie holding their ID (RG or CNH), along with the documents. Check-in will only be authorized after the documents are submitted.

Pets are not allowed.

ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately and requires a security deposit (please check the amount with the host).

For your convenience and safety, you will be assisted by the Bela Hospedagem team from the beginning of your reservation until check-out.

We will send you a booking voucher with all the check-in details.

Cabo Branco is a tourist neighborhood with excellent infrastructure, offering plenty of leisure options and a vibrant nightlife with bars, pubs, and restaurants ranging from contemporary to local cuisine.

It features must-visit spots such as the João Pessoa Sign, Cabo Branco Food Park, Estação Cabo Branco – Science, Culture and Arts, Ponta do Seixas, Cabo Branco Lighthouse, and the Bosque dos Sonhos Ecological Park.

The parking entrance is located on the back street.

Transportation options are very accessible, including bus lines, Uber, and car rentals.
