- We are a short-term rental management company; we do not provide hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen change, amenities, or material replenishment.

If you need cleaning with linen change during your stay, simply schedule with the Bela Hospedagem team for an extra fee.

Rules and Check-in

For check-in, it is necessary to provide a photo ID (official ID or driver's license) and a selfie holding the document for all guests.

Children must present a birth certificate.

For stays of 15 days or longer, electricity usage is charged separately with a security deposit — please contact our team for more details.
