Located in a prime area just steps from Praia de Tambaú, this beautiful apartment features a compact kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, two-burner cooktop, as well as cookware, dishes, and cutlery.

The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom: one bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

The living room includes air conditioning that serves all areas, a dining table with chairs, and a Smart TV.

We provide bed linen and towels to ensure maximum comfort for our guests.

The bathroom includes a hygienic shower (bidet spray) and an electric shower.

We are a short-term rental management company, and while we strive to provide a comfortable and well-prepared stay, we do not offer hotel-style services such as breakfast, daily housekeeping, amenities, or replenishment of supplies.

If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, including fresh linens, this can be arranged with the Bela Hospedagem team in advance, subject to availability and an additional fee.

For the safety and security of all guests, we kindly ask that each guest provides a selfie holding a valid ID (RG or CNH), along with the document itself. Check-in instructions will be shared once all documents have been received.

Pets are not allowed.

For longer stays (15 days or more), electricity consumption will be charged separately, and a security deposit will be required (please check the amount with the host).

Please note: The swimming pool is currently under maintenance for an indefinite period.
