It features one suite with air conditioning, Smart TV, a queen-size bed plus a double sofa bed, and a wardrobe with hangers. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, 4-burner cooktop, microwave, air fryer, stand mixer, blender, sandwich maker, and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a dining area with two chairs.

The bathroom includes an electric shower, bidet spray, hair dryer, and mirror.

The apartment also comes with an iron and ironing board.

We are a short-term rental management company and do not provide hotel-style services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, amenities, or replenishment of supplies.

Additional cleaning services, including linen changes, are available upon request, subject to scheduling with the Bela Hospedagem team and an extra fee.

For security purposes, all guests are required to submit a selfie holding a valid ID (RG or CNH), along with the corresponding photo identification. Check-in instructions will only be provided after all required documents have been received.

Pets are not allowed.

IMPORTANT: For stays of 15 days or longer, electricity consumption will be charged separately. A security deposit will be required (please confirm the amount with the host).
