We are a seasonal rental management company and do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, amenities, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change is available by scheduling with the Bela Hospedagem team and is subject to a fee.

We will request a selfie of each guest in the reservation holding their ID card or driver’s license, as well as photos of these documents. Check-in will only be authorized after receiving the required documents.

Pets are allowed with payment of an extra fee per animal, maximum of 2 (please check the fee with the host). Only small or medium-sized dogs are accepted.

IMPORTANT: For stays of 15 days or longer, electricity usage will be charged separately, and a security deposit will be required (please confirm the amount with the host).

For your convenience and safety, you will be assisted by the Bela Hospedagem team from the beginning of your reservation until the moment of check-out.
