It has two suites with air conditioning, Smart TV, double bed, wardrobe with hangers, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, living room with sofa bed, Smart TV, dining table and chairs. Bathrooms feature electric showers, bidet showers, hair dryers, and mirrors.

We are a vacation rental management company and do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, amenities, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change is available by appointment with the Bela Hospedagem team and requires payment of a fee.

We will request all guests in the reservation to provide a selfie holding their ID or driver's license, along with photo identification documents. Check-in will only be authorized after the documents are submitted.

Pets are NOT allowed.

ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately, and a security deposit is required (Please check the amount with the host).

Bessa, mostly a residential area, is a neighborhood with a clean, calm beach ideal for swimming and sports. It features a long stretch of coral reef rich in marine life, easily accessible by kayak or stand up paddle. Relaxed kiosks serving beer and seafood line the beachfront promenade, while steakhouses, pizzerias, and restaurants are scattered throughout the area. Bessa offers a variety of bars, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, sports and leisure squares, shopping centers (Mag Shopping and Manaíra Shopping), excellent restaurants, and one of the city's best beaches, Caribessa.
