The living room has a sofa bed, air conditioning, and TV. The compact kitchen is equipped with a minibar, microwave, two-burner cooktop, sandwich maker, and blender. The bathroom includes an electric shower, bidet spray, cabinet, and mirror.

We are a short-term rental management company and do not provide hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, amenities, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change can be scheduled with the Bela Hospedagem team and is subject to an additional fee.

We will request all guests included in the reservation to provide a selfie holding their ID (RG or CNH), along with the documents. Check-in will only be authorized after the documents are submitted.

Pets are allowed subject to an additional fee per animal, with a maximum of 2 pets (please check the amount with the host). Only small to medium-sized dogs are permitted.

ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately and requires a security deposit (please check the amount with the host).
