It includes a smart TV, central air conditioning, and a compact kitchen with appliances and basic utensils (ideal for preparing light meals), as well as a closet with hangers, a bedside table, and a work desk with a chair.

The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, mirror, hot shower, glass enclosure, and a hygienic shower.

We are a short-term rental management company and do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, amenities, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change is available upon request, subject to an additional fee, and can be scheduled with the Bela Hospedagem team.

All guests on the reservation are required to provide a selfie holding their ID (RG or CNH), along with valid photo identification. Check-in will only be authorized after these documents are submitted.

Pets are not allowed.

For your comfort and safety, you will be assisted by the Bela Hospedagem team from the beginning of your reservation until checkout.

Guests must provide a valid photo ID for all occupants in order to authorize entry and receive the check-in voucher with instructions.
