Activities and Entertainment
Guests have access to a complete leisure area, designed to offer convenience and well-being:
● 24-hour front desk - Luggage storage at the reception is not allowed
● Rooftop pool - Open daily from 07:30 to 22:00 - Food and drinks are not allowed. Loud music is also not permitted.
● Gourmet area with grill allowed only for flat residents. Reservation is required and it is free of charge.
● Meeting room - Access by reservation, maximum stay of 2 hours
● OMO laundry - Scheduling via the app
● Underground parking, rotating and free of charge, subject to availability
Cleaning and Maintenance
We do not offer hotel services such as breakfast or daily linen change. If you need cleaning with linen change during your stay, simply schedule with the Bela Hospedagem team for an additional fee.
Trash must be disposed of in the bin located in the basement next to the garage entrance gate.
Rules and Check-in
For check-in, it is required to send a photo ID (RG or CNH) and a selfie holding the document for all guests.
Children must present a birth certificate.
For stays of 15 days or more, electricity consumption is charged separately with a security deposit — please contact our team for details.
From the moment your reservation is confirmed until check-out, the Bela Hospedagem team will be available to ensure your experience is perfect. We offer prompt support whenever needed, while also maintaining complete privacy so you can enjoy your stay in comfort.
On the day of check-in, we will send a voucher with all the check-in instructions.
Get By Side is located in Bessa, just steps from the sea, and close to restaurants, bars, and bakeries, offering peace and well-being to all guests.
It features charming and cozy flats thoughtfully designed for people who value comfort and well-being.
The rooftop pool is simply perfect for a swim or to relax while enjoying the beautiful view of Bessa Beach.
We are a seasonal rental management company and do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen change, amenities, or replenishment of supplies.
Cleaning with linen change is available by scheduling with the Bela Hospedagem team and is subject to an additional fee.
All guests are required to submit a selfie holding their ID or driver’s license, along with photo identification. Only after providing these documents will check-in be authorized.
Pets are not allowed.
ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or more, electricity will be charged separately, with a security deposit required (Check the amount with the host).
