We are a vacation rental management company; we do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, amenities, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change is available by appointment with the Bela Hospedagem team and subject to an additional fee.

We will request a selfie holding a photo ID (passport or driver’s license) from all guests on the reservation, as well as copies of the documents with photos. Check-in will only be authorized after sending these documents.

Pets are allowed upon payment of an extra fee per animal, maximum 2 (please check the fee with the host)/Only small to medium-sized dogs are accepted.

ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or more, electricity consumption will be charged separately and a security deposit will be required (please check the amount with the host).

For your convenience and safety, you will be assisted by the Bela Hospedagem team, from the beginning of your booking until the time of check-out.
We will send the accommodation voucher with check-in information.
