We are a seasonal rental management company; we do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, amenities, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change is available by appointment with the Bela Hospedagem team and subject to a service fee.

We will request a selfie holding an ID card or driver's license, as well as photo identification documents, from all guests on the reservation. Check-in will only be authorized after the documents have been provided.

Pets are not allowed.

ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or longer, electricity consumption will be charged separately and a security deposit will be required (Check the amount with the host).

Our guests will have access to the pool area using a passcode, which will be provided at the front desk during check-in.

For your convenience and safety, you will be assisted by the Bela Hospedagem team from the beginning of your reservation until the moment of check-out.

The rooftop pool is simply perfect for a swim or to relax while enjoying the beautiful view of Bessa Beach.

We are a seasonal rental management company and do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen change, amenities, or replenishment of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change is available by scheduling with the Bela Hospedagem team and is subject to an additional fee.

All guests are required to submit a selfie holding their ID or driver’s license, along with photo identification. Only after providing these documents will check-in be authorized.

Trash should be disposed of in the bin next to the parking garage entry gate in the basement.
