We are a seasonal rental management company; we do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, amenities, or restocking of supplies.

Cleaning with linen change is available by appointment with the Bela Hospedagem team and subject to a service fee.

We will request a selfie holding an ID card or driver's license, as well as photo identification documents, from all guests on the reservation. Check-in will only be authorized after the documents have been provided.

Pets are not allowed.

ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or longer, electricity consumption will be charged separately and a security deposit will be required (Check the amount with the host).

Our guests will have access to the pool area using a passcode, which will be provided at the front desk during check-in.

Get By Side is easily accessible via main roads, making it convenient to arrive by car or ride-hailing services such as Uber and 99. There are parking options available in the building or nearby (check availability). The area offers a good supply of public transportation. It is about 25 minutes from João Pessoa International Airport and has easy access to the bus station, ensuring convenience for getting around during your stay.
