The apartment is located next to Food Park Cabo Branco. It features two bedrooms, including 1 suite plus 1 shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and a balcony with a side view of the Cabo Branco sea. It is furnished with 1 double bed, 1 trundle bed, and 1 extra mattress, split air conditioning, LED Smart TV, and bed and bath linens to ensure total comfort for guests. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, 4-burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and sandwich maker.

If the guest chooses to have breakfast served in the apartment, the request must be made the day before.

We are a vacation rental management company and do not offer hotel services such as breakfast, daily linen changes, toiletries, or material restocking.

Cleaning and linen changes must be scheduled with the Bela Hospedagem team and are subject to an additional fee.

We require all guests on the reservation to send a selfie holding their ID card or driver's license, as well as photo identification documents. Check-in will only be authorized after these documents are submitted.

Pets are not allowed.

ATTENTION: For stays of 15 days or more, electricity usage will be charged separately and a security deposit will be required (Please check the amount with the host).

For your convenience and safety, you will be assisted by the Bela Hospedagem team from the beginning of your booking until the moment of checkout.
